Muscovite is said to help you to accept imperfections in other people. Allowing you to see that those characteristics that you find most irritating in another person are often those you don’t like in yourself. Once identified you can work towards acceptance and transformation of those qualities.
In healing it Muscovite is said to help the body achieve its most appropriate weight and to prevent hunger when fasting. It is also said to help regulate the kidneys and pancreas and to relieve insomnia.
