You can pay by cheque or by credit card.
Paying by Credit CardThe cards we accept are:
Your credit card payment is secure. We use WorldPay to process your transactions. WorldPay is a part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Crystal Well-Being does not hold details of your credit/debit card. You enter them directly onto the WorldPay secure site and they are sent to WorldPay using an encrypted and digitally signed protocol.
We are able to take secure payment in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars.
This means that if you wish to pay in any of these currencies you can select the currency from our WorldPay Payment page and your card issuer will not charge you a conversion fee.
If you wish to pay in any other currency your card issuer may charge you for the conversion.
When paying by cheque, fill in your order online and then choose the 'pay by cheque' option. Print out the displayed order form and send it, with your cheque, to:

Please make your cheque payable to Crystal Well-Being Ltd. Cheques must be in UK currency only (Pounds Sterling).
Write your cheque guarantee number and address on the back of the cheque. Once your cheque has cleared your items will be dispatched. It usually takes around 5 working for your cheque to clear.
