Haematite has an attractive silver sheen and is effective as a grounding stone. It can inspire you while keeping your feet firmly on the ground. It is believed to help reduce the discomfort of leg cramps and fractures, cleanse the blood and aid blood-related problems such as anaemia.
Haematite should not be used for long periods of time or placed near anywhere that is swollen or inflamed.
